Good morning everyone! I hope y’all had a great weekend! This is a recap of my past couple wods. My husband and I both got PR’s with Karen yesterday!!!! WOOOP WOOOOP! πŸ˜€ I not only PR’ed it but shaved 2:15 off my time for a time of 830! I’m not sure what today’s wod is going to be. Hopefully when my son naps today I can figure it out, Finish my coupons and study our crossfit stuff. Fingers crossed! But speaking of my son he just woke up so gotta go!!!

I want to throw a thank you out to all my followers I know I have struggled with keeping up with this and y’all have stuck by and kept reading so thank you! Hopefully when my son is 7 or I don’t know maybe 18 my life will hopefully slow back down! lol



Morning everyone! Here are our wod’s from the last couple days! Its been a fun 5 days and now its time for our two days off and they are well earned! But now what to do on our rest days?

LOL! I am not doing Fran today because that is def not a active rest day wod but when I saw that it made me laugh so I thought I would share. That would be a rest day fail for sure.

Today’s WOD (Active Rest Day)

Run 1 mile
50 Double Unders (200 Singles)
Run 800 M
50 Double Unders (200 Singles)
400m Run
50 Double Unders (200 Singles)


Yesterday’s wod was a good one! My husband and I intended to do a nice short but good wod yesterday because the day before we did a solid 65 minutes of non stop work. But that did not happen. lol We decided to go with a partner one and in the end it was a ton of fun but it was a solid 40:20 of work. So no short wod for us. But partner wods are the best!!!! And my partners kicked some major butt last night! πŸ˜‰


As a team of 3:
500 Calorie Row For Time
P1: Row
P2: 20 Wall Balls
P3: 200m Run

When partner 2 and 3 complete movements. All partners switch.

I hope y’all had a Great Labor day weekend! We had a great time spending time with our Family in Florida. We had todo our Labor day WOD the day after just because we were driving home on Labor day and had so much to do when we got home. So Annie was done on Labor day and then our Labor day wod was done yesterday.

Labor Day WOD

1 Mile run
400 KB Swings (53/35)
300 Squats
200 Pushups
1 Mile run

Reps can be split up.

We ended up putting a time cap on it at 845 we would stop and count reps for our score.

At the end we both had the same score even tho my husband kicked my butt in the first run I caught up on the reps.

We both got- 200 Push ups, 300 Squats, 295 KB Swings- At RX.

It was a hour and 10 minutes of work I think if we would have done another 30 or so minutes we could have finished. Maybe next year. πŸ˜€ πŸ˜‰ :p Either way we both had a great time and it was a great wod!


So Nancy was yesterday’s WOD. I did it in the middle of the day I think it was upper 80’s not sure if it hit 90 or not and pure sunshine for every one of my 400m run’s. I was not a fan of the sun at all. lol. Now the funny thing is 2 hours before I had gone to the pool to lay out and I would say the sun was out 30 percent of the time so I figured for sure it would not be out with how many clouds were in the sky for every last one of my runs. Well I was very wrong. Either way I rocked out Nancy. I did it in 19:41 with a 45lb bar. I think I could have maybe done 55 but each sett would have been broken a few times and I’m not 100% sure I was ready for that yet. Next time tho. And there will be a next time in the next few weeks.

This was my “I just killed a wod, I feel like I’m gonna Die, I hate Nancy, But you know I crossfit and we love to take pictures picture”. πŸ™‚ lol
