Today’s WOD

5 Minutes of Double Under practice followed by 4 cycles of Burgener Snatch Warm up.

10 SDHP 135/95
10 OH Lunges (per leg) 135/95

250 Flutter Kicks (per leg)

** At home Wod- 21-15-9 Garage Game Wod- KB Swings/Wallballs

** Gonna try to get to the 12 class early enough so I can run. If not maybe after depending on how I feel. 🙂
