2 Front Squats

WOD:

21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlift (225/165)
Box Jumps (24/20)

Bonus:
25 GHD Sit Ups

My time- 7:22 (95lbs for deadlifts)

I also figured out my max box jump- 30 inches

Saturdays- WOD: “Chipper”

100 AbMat Sit Ups
90 Walking Lunges
80 Push Ups
70 Doube Unders (280 singles)
60 Burpees
50 Air Squats
40 Pull Ups
30 KB Swings (53/35)
20 Box Jumps (24/20)
10 Toes-2-Bar
