Bench Press
5 x 40% 1RM
5 x 50% 1RM
3 x 60% 1RM
5 x 65% 1RM
5 x 75% 1RM
5+ x 85% 1RM (as many unbroken reps as possible)

WOD:
6 Rounds/start each round at 5 minute interval
Run 400 meters
5 x Pull Ups
10 x Push Ups
15 x Squats

Wish me Luck! 🙂 Hopefully I’ll Crush it! And If I don’t Crush it I will Defiantly finish!
